Your favourite annual ALL-GIRL art book, CURVY – created by the team behind YEN MAGAZINE – has been kicking up a creative storm since 2004 and with the sixth edition about to launch, CURVY remains an international favourite amongst lovers of art and supporters of female artists. Each year the book features 100 of the most exciting female graphic designers and illustrators from over 35 countries around the world. This year we’ve gone further with 120 artists featured.

CURVY is a must for anyone passionate about graphic design and illustration that wants to be inspired by a new generation of outstanding female creative talent. Produced by YEN magazine – CURVY kicks off again in April & consists of a cool limited edition book and a national event tour.

Illustration is everywhere in our life and permeates through all aspects of design – industrial design, interior design, product design and many more. Most generally and distinctly, it impacts on the world of fashion. The luminous work demonstrated in the book is certainly a thrilling and stirring composition of captivating symphony in fashion design!

Hot fashion illustration grabs everyone’s attention and influences shopper’s choice. It brings fashion stand out of the clutter. Following Fashion Unfolding, Fashion Wonderland specifically studies the visual illustration in fashion, depicts its empowerment in all kinds of medium such as print, installation, interior decoration etc. in the fashion empire around the globe.

Following last year’s collaboration with Barbie, next year MAC cosmetics are due to team up with the awesome French artist Fafi. They worked together on a line of sexy and colourful make-up. Fafi’s girls will be featured on the packaging. The line is due this coming Spring.

The objective of the cultural department of 080 is to bring closer the culture of fashion to a wide range of public by means of programming different free-entrance activities related with the world of fashion.Crossing project propose to cover the different areas of the fashion world and addressed a general public, curious and interested in fashion, as well as national and international fashion professionals‚ press and buyers.
