We hear that Kenzo has set up a collaboration between British designer Ron Arad and French perfumer Aurélien Guichard, resulting in a new and, yes, revolutionary fragrance.

Tuesday, July 8, British designer John Galliano is introducing his debut scent some 20 years after launching his fashion brand. He celebrated in Paris, in his headquarters of the 20th arrondissement, the future Launch of its first perfume. Galliano was involved with every step of the scent’s development. John Galliano is an essential character of the fashion world, and would therefore need to create his own fragrance, like Jean-Paul Gaultier, Thierry Mugler, Tom Ford, Marc Jacobs or Paco Rabanne. John Galliano will be followed closely by Karl Lagerfeld, whose first name perfume is expected soon.

After Estelle, Actress Naomi Watts is the new face of the Thierry Mugler Angel fragrance, it was announced ahead of her début at the Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. On May 5, Watts, dressed in vintage Thierry Mugler, makes her début at the gala, representing ‘a selection of the unique works of art created by Mugler himself.’

Annick Goutal has launched Musc Nomade, the fourth fragrance in the unisex Les Orientalistes collection.
Musc Nomade was developed by perfumer Isabelle Doyen in collaboration with Camille Goutal, and is described as “a fragrance that whispers on the skin, a sensual, chiaroscuro scent”. The notes include white musks (muscone, angelica, ambrette), tonka bean with almond accents, labdanum, and Bombay wood (a papyrus derivative).

Annick Goutal Musc Nomade, Myrrhe Ardente, Encens Flamboyant, Ambre Fétiche are available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum.
